Tinnitus: Tinnitus is a common symptom and is usually unrelated to yawning. If you can localize the ringing to one ear, wax in the ear canal could be the problem. An Otolaryngologist is best qualified to evaluate you. If there is associated hearing loss and vertigo, it is recommended that you get checked to rule out more serious causes.
