Total thyroidectomy 6.5 yrs ago (no cancer). I havent missed any Synth. 137mg pills but labs today show HYPO (TSH 11.8, FreeT3 1.9 & T4 good) My Thyroglobulin Antibodies are 332 & TPO AB 24.5 HIGH! I thought No thyroid = No Antibodies. So why?
Not well, enlarged thyroid, two benign nodules that are autonomous, TSH low, T4 low end of normal, thyroglobulin antibodies present - thoughts?
