Cyst: It's probably your corpus luteum of pregnancy that just hasn't resolved yet. If it was over 6cm, there would be some risk of it twisting and causing enough pain to require removal, but at 4.2 cm its unlikely to do that.

Don't worry!: It is not uncommon for an ovarian cyst to be seen on ultrasound during pregnancy. This is most likely a follicular cyst, which formed after the relief of the egg from which your pregnancy originated. This is a normal finding. The cyst may continue to grow throughout the pregnancy and then slowly resolve after delivery. It should not cause any problem with your labor or delivery.
