Too early?: HCG 600 too early to see anything yet. Continue close follow up with your OB for repeat blood HCG levels and repeat ultrasound. Hope this helps Best of luck. Dr R

Cyst & pregnancy: It sounds from your HCG levels that you are early in your pregnancy. During this time it is normal to have an ovarian cyst until the placenta develops and takes over hormonal production. It is also too soon to see the baby, don't worry. Make sure you take your prenatal vitamins and have your regular OB visits
