Follow up needed: A small cyst on your ovary is common and not a cause for concern. A cystic mass next to your ovary would be something to follow. At 30 years old, this would most likely be totally benign. A followup ultrasound to document that it resolved (and is not enlarging) may be indicated. Talk with your Gynecologist.
