Probably normal: Without details of age, and medications, I suspect the lower heart rate would have been adequately assessed with the stress test. Your response on the stress test would usually show an increase in heart rate, and if this did not occur, then would usually lead to further evaluation. If you were told the stress test was normal, then likely your heart rate improved, and not of concern.
