I have a lump in the middle of my chest but it's hard and is not painful?

Exam needed: A physician would have to inspect this lump in order to make a diagnosis. It could be a wen but if it's at the lower border of the sternum(breastbone,), it may simply be the xiphoid process which is cartilage and is a normal part of the sternum and it is quite firm.
