I'm 16 the other day i had some pain in my chest and then i felt a hard lump in between my breast's it's quite painful?

Skipped beats: See your practitioner in case you have a weird unusual heart beat problem but, as a rule, your complaint is common. PREMATURE HEART BEATS OR SKIPPED BEATS CAN BE FELT AS A MIDLINE UPPER CHEST PAIN. They are transient and mild but distressing because they don't seem to be reasonably related to anything, However, stress, coffee, cocoa, chocolate, tea or matte can aggravate it.
