Prob okay...: It's very important to distinguish between vomiting and spitting up. If baby is still taking the bottle then I would be slightly more reassured. The absence of fever is also a good sign. Babies can have changes in the consistency of their stool, so if it's looser than normal it may still be ok. If baby is feeding, still making multiple wet diapers and without fever, I'd be less worried.
