Dizziness: Back pain is possibly of musculoskeletal origin: muscle spasm, positional perhaps. The hot flash nausea dizziness more likely a rapid vasovagal reflex due to the pain. Pain perception can activate autonomic circuits that result in vasodilation and slowing of the heart rate resulting in your symptoms. Check with your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment if necessary. Hope you feel better.
