Musculoskeletal: 30's female with pain base of skull that has associated nauseousness and dizziness might have occipital neuritis, chronic superior trapezius muscle spasm, chiari malformation or other problem. A neurologist might be best specialist to diagnose and advise.

Cervicogenic HA: Cervicogenic headache is a strictly unilateral pain provoked by neck movement or by pressure on the neck. These headache patients usually had a reduced cervical range of motion in association with the headache that was often located in the orbital and frontal areas.
