I felt a sharp shock at the back of my head that made my head jolt forward and felt extremely nauseous, dizzy, and unable to see (for ~10 mins), & felt unable to think & lost coordination (dropped my phone), all while laying down. what could this be?

This must have been frightening. I definitely would discuss with your pediatrician. Really need more details about the circumstances and if you had a head injury recently or any illicit drugs. The list of potentials of what it could be is quite extensive.

Perhaps what is termed a "thunderclap headache", which is a migraine variant. This could repeat, and if so, consider specific preventative intervention. Discuss this with your doctor.
