Does matted lymph nodes in neck mean cancer ?

May be tuberculosis: Matted lymph nodes usually applies to chronic lymph node involvement from tuberculosis. Can certainly happen from lymphoma, secondary cancers, other chronic inflammatory diseases involving lymph nodes.
