Poss or 2 hr off: For GDM the values are lower than for regular diabetes. A two step test is good, but the 1 hr 50 g glucose of 205 mg/dL is enough for the dx. The 3 hour test is a little controversial on the exact cutoffs, but are ANY 2 values abnormal: Fast 95, 1 hr 180, 2 hr 155 & 3 hr of 140. You are really close at 1hr and 2 hr values. Prob borderline, should follow DM rules and if still ? redo 2hr test.
