Wash hands: If you have a cold it is ok to continue breastfeeding. Make sure you thoroughly wash your hands and avoid coughing on the baby. It is not flu season yet in Texas so influenza is not very likely. Make sure you get your flu shot when available (In Texas usually late Sept/early Oct).
