Saline nose drops: You can use saline nose drops as often as needed. In addition wash your hands with soap and water when handling the infant. Wear a mask as well when feeding the baby.

See below: Most of otc "cold medicine, " and tylenol (acetaminophen) are compatible for breastfeeding.
