Hello sir. my daughter is two months with a mild hydronephrosis diagnosis when she was one month old. the doctor asked for a repetition of u/a. the results showed wbc 4-6 and epithelial cells 3-5 with all the remaining factors including bacteria negative.

Looks fine: More importantly is the general condition of your daughter if she feeding, growing, acting fine, no other symptom and kidney functions are normal and stable, just observe, and keep the follow up with your doctor, wish you and your child wellness
