Impossible to say: those lines are faint! I can't see them all that well personally. Then.... it is designed for looking at it at a Very Particular Timing! The second line will always appear if you wait long enough and this is not due to the stuff that makes it positive but due to the dye mechanism aging with time/air/moisture. Could be yes and missed early or could be no and dye just eventually appears.
