In view of so much uncertainty I recommend getting the much more accurate blood test for pregnancy. Discuss this with your gynecologist.

You may repeat the test in 3-4 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. Alternatively you could get a blood test for HCG level to settle the matter. Wish you good health!
