Very unusual: This sounds like an unusual symptom but if you suspect high blood pressure, you should check it and see what it is. My first thought would be neurologic in origin, not vascular. Are there any other symptoms?

Phantom Phone Synd: Where do you keep your cell phone? There is a new phenomenon that has recently been happening called Phantom Phone Vibration Syndrome (for real). Scientists are uncertain as to why it happens, but are studying it. If this is what it is it is a benign condition that will actually go away by itself by putting your phone in another place. If not it could be something called meralgia paresthetica.
