Vitamin D deficiency: Vitamin D deficiency does causes bone thinning, but not all generalized pain are from vit D deficiency and bone thinning. Make sure you eat balanced diet and regular exercise and if you I identify any deficiency get it treated appropriately. Your generalized pain may have a different reasons for it.
