D deficiency: 70000 units a week is a very large dose. At best 50000 units a week for a few weeks may be in order if you are truly vitamin D deficient. You should decrease your vitamin D level to 1000 or 2000 units a day.

Very unlikely: Acute Vitamin D excess results in hypercalcemia which causes confusion, polyuria, polydipsia, anorexia, vomiting, and muscle weakness. Your dose of Vitamin D would not usually cause hypercalcemia. Over a long period of time chronic Vitamin D excess can cause bone demineralization and bone pain.
