You make a lot of assumptions. How were you diagnosed with EBV because most people contract EBV when they are much younger and just have positive antibodies? What do you mean by bone pain? Usually, this turns out to be arthralgias (joint pains). One thing we can be sure of: your pain has nothing to do with vitamin D deficiency. See a doctor for a thorough history and physical exam.
