Have it checked: It's possible you may have had a local allergic reaction but whenever I hear of sudden outbreak of frequent scabs I think of Impetigo. It's yellow crusted and kinda wet looking. It's due to a germ and will respond quickly to antibiotics. Unusual rashes are best seen by an MD to help determine the cause and the best treatment. For now was skin in sensitive skin mild soap/water. Neosporin to scabs.
