Yes: Severe psoriasis will not respond to topicals. There are numerous effective meds available including methotrexate and biologics. Have you seen a dermatologist?

If you truly have: That much body surface area involved, you should review with your treating physician other options for treatment of your psoriasis besides just topical options.
