Ans: You first need to try to identify what is causing you to feel this way. You need to see your doctor. Give a good history. Rule out any possible medical issues and then think about counseling if no medical cause can be found

Breathe, see doc: For now try slow deep breathing. Go to youtube and search sleep, relaxation music or guided meditation to find calming sounds while doing slow deep breathing. Try a warm bath, ideally with 1-2 cups of epsom salts and lavender oil. See a good doc, ideally integrative. Counseling and medications may help. Exercise. Try a good multivit., magnesium, theanine and herbs like tulsi tea and ashwagandha.
