My right left index finger has been bothersome, it aches due to what may be weakness, it's some tender at the middle joint, i have no swelling, my finger curves a little inward, my left index finger is not as bad as my right can't be rawithno othrsys?

Well...maybe: the location and movement of a pain gives clues as to what is going on. RA is an overall inflammatory condition. You'd really expect multiple sites to be involved but it often has to start somewhere. ANd the curve is typical for RA. There are simple blood tests that might show RA.
