Still UTI? STD?: Two main possibilities come to mind. First, maybe urethral syndrome, a UTI localized to the urethra (urine passage from bladder to outside). Urethral syndrome is often missed with routine UTI tests. Second, maybe STD if you are sexually active. Gonorrhea or chlamydia can cause UTI symptoms but don't show up on UTI tests. Discuss with your doctor; get STD tested; and maybe try Rx for UTI anyway.
