Frequency : Frequency is a UTI symptom. The concern with pain in your back is whether or not your kidneys are infected or a possibility of kidney stones. If the pain is lower back then it may be associated with a bladder infection. All the best. Have your urine checked. You will need treatment with antibiotics for infection.
