See ID specialist: Possible causes of recurrent UTI are any kidney stones, cysts, any structural problems. Other possibilities are incompletely treated infection of if the organism is resistant to the antibiotic being used. Her obstetrician can certainly guide in the right direction but you may need to see infection diseases specialist and or urologist.
