Medications: ? "Anything to help fibromyalgia symptoms". In U.S. we have three approved non-opiate pain meds: Savella, (milnacipran) Lyrica & Cymbalta. Unfortunately, these meds have not demonstrated efficacy for disordered sleep nor fatigue. Cymbalta is approved for depression. As with any medical disorder, cure is based on underlying cause. Current fashionable speculative theory holds dysfunctional brain centers causal.
