Yes & insomnia: ? of most common fibromyalgia (FM) symptom. Pain & sleep disorder vie for position of most prevalent FM symptom. Sufferers commonly have constant & arousing pain in bed. When they lie down their pelvic and shoulder girdles are torqued by sleep surface ground forces conjoined with gravity so that ligaments & other soft tissues of these anatomical regions become biomechanical pain generators.
