A constellation: ? re symptoms (Sx) of fibromyalgia (FM). Sentinel Sx include chronic widespread pain, chronic fatigue, restless sleep, depression, sedentariness & confusion (fibrofog). FM has multiple soft tissue causes & a multitude of Sx afflict sufferers differently depending upon which soft tissues are affected: IBS, TOS, TMJ, Migraine, Interstitial Cystitis, POTS, Endometriosis & Mitral Valve Prolapse.
