Depends on timing: The important missing information is how long after your possible exposure you were tested. If it was long enough, the negative result is conclusive an you needn't be worried at all. That interval is 4 weeks for the 4th generation ("duo", "combo") HIV blood tests, and 6-8 weeks for all others.
