Sebaceous cyst?: The hairs on our stomachs have small oil glands. Sometimes these fill with a whitish soft substance that can form a small lump if the substance can't drain. Apply good eczema cream over area after every shower and observe. If it grows or becomes painful/red have it checked out by your MD
