Ingrown hair: more than likely, you have an ingrown hair. Sometimes they can form lumps under the skin that might enlarge if bacteria are trapped inside. If the lump gets larger, more tender or causes excruciating pain you should seek further medical attention. If you are sexually active there are other things to consider.
