I have kidney stones, and for a few days now my kidney seems swollen from the outside &also hurts. but im urinating fine should i be concerned?

Yes: so kidney stones can be obstructive OR non obstructive. When it obstructs the outflow tract of urine, kidney will look " swollen" from out side. Unless obstruction is relieved ASAP, it can damage that kidney. Please see your Urologist ASAP
