Stopping Wellbutrin (bupropion): There's no one best way to taper off Wellbutrin (bupropion) SR 100 mg. That said, you might switch to short-acting to decrease with tablets that can be cut to 50 mg tablet etc. Discuss with prescribing doctor to make sure this is the right time to stop Wellbutrin (bupropion) and for guidance that's best for you.
