Esophageal Spasm: H Pylori is not known to cause spasm of the esophagus.You had endoscopy was normal and what tpo say Barium Swallow showed bacteria and acid does not make sence to me .there are different tests for Esophageal spasm like manometry and consult your Gastroentrologist . Control Acidcreflux , avoid too hot of too cold food and a trial of smooth muscle relaxants like calcium channel blockers.Avoid stres
