Yes indeed: We all carry yeasts on our skin and inside our body (intestines, genital, mouth, etc). A "yeast infection" doesn't mean you recently caught it, only that natural yeasts have grown more or your immune system responded more vigorously to them. Therefore, symptoms can come and go. If they return and are bothersome, see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and treatment advice. But for now, no worries.
