Try OTC treatment?: It may continue to clear up, but if not and you've had it before and symptoms are the same, you can safely try one of the many over-the-counter yeast treatments. Look for a active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, clotrimazole, etc). They all work equally well; you can use the cheapest. See your doc if no improvement in a few days, or if uncertain about yeast as the cause of your symptoms.

Sitz baths : May help. To change the pH of the water add a 1/2 C of vinegar. As soon as you have access to medication, most of it is OTC. 1 tablet of Diflucan (fluconazole) may be enough to treat your symptoms. Also access your doctor to look at your general health and to decide if you require cultures and/or additional treatment. All the best.
