Nightly tachycardia: Tachycardia ( rapid hear beat) can be part of an expected response to exercise, anxiety, fever and some medications, but nightly tachycardia is likely not normal. Causes can include anemia, over active thyroid, electrical problems in the heart, caffeine intake, stimulant use. Best to see a doctor for examination and appropriate tests.
