Azithromycin...: ...is very long acting; it will be in your system for at least 10 days (which is one reason it works well against chlamydia even with only one dose). Probably you will be technically cured within 5 days, but best to avoid sex for a week. And of course don't resume sex with previous partner(s) until he/they have also been treated for chlamydia, even if they had negative test results.
