I got azithromycin to treat chlaymedia, then 2 days later had abortion. would these antibiotics have stayed in my system to work against the abortion?

Most clinics will give a patient this medication on the day of the abortion. The azithromyin 2 days before would not be enough to work as a prophylactic antibiotic.
