Pimples & hormones: No there is no impurity in your blood. You are most likely in the middle of puberty. You are becoming a man and the hormonal storm you are under is most likely the cause of acne. There are some great products over the counter for this. But, your family doctor may also have some good tricks with medications to help you clear these up.
