Yes, it could: You really need to see an otolaryngologist, or at least a physician with a scope that can look up to see if there is something blocking the sinus passages and causing the headaches. Meanwhile you can TRY a mild decongestant nasal spray and warm compresses to try to encourage any drainage that could relieve the pressure if the headaches are sinus headaches. Good luck!
