Depends: Depends on how long it has been going on, whether other head/neck/arm symptoms, and whether it is getting worse. Likely due to a pinched nerve in the neck that gets irritated with certain neck movements. At your age, usually not arthritic. Physical therapy or chiropractic could help, but wise to be checked out first before trying anything other than some gentle neck stretching exercises.
