A member asked:

Extreme nose pain that comes and goes (about twice a day for an hour), causes entire head to hurt. no congestion or cold in months...

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nose pain: Recurrent nose pain and headache without associated sinus congestion features, May be a variant of migraine or cluster headaches. For evaluation I recommend that you consult a neurologist or headaches specialist. If he or she feels it's advisable, then you will be referred to an Otolaryngologist for an opinion.
