Nose pain: Recurrent nose pain and headache without associated sinus congestion features, May be a variant of migraine or cluster headaches. For evaluation I recommend that you consult a neurologist or headaches specialist. If he or she feels it's advisable,then you will be referred to an Otolaryngologist for an opinion.
