I'm taking azithromiacin for strep throat last night i broke out bumps all over, hard to swallow, my hands are still swollen & labor pains in stomach?

Go to ER: It seems you are getting allergic reaction to Azithromycine . I suggest you go to ER as you may need some medicine right away after check up.Also contact your doctor and stop taking Azithromycine .You may need another antibiotic for strep throat .If you have Benadryl (diphenhydramine) st home you can take up to 50 mgm right away till you get to ER
