No risk: Saliva is a very poor HIV transmitter. Your best bet is to keep your skin healthy and moisturized. Since you have eczema, you are at increased risk of dry and cracked skin. You must apply hypoallergenic moisturizer after handwashing to reduce irritation. You might also consider wearing gloves if this weighs on you psychologically.
